during each Gong Bath.

These are excellent times

to take time to Relax

&

use the sound current

of the Gong

to nourish your Nervous System

&

Bring Deep peace to Mind

&

body.

These Giant Gong baths

are Intended as

Therapeutic Experiences

to Regularly Support

relaxation,

stress & Emotional Release,

Nervous System Regulation,

and Ongoing Mental Clarity.

I offer small group

1 hour Giant Gong bath

Usually on the

Full Moon

& / OR

NEW Moon

of each month.

These are small group baths.

8 people per event.

*I include an optional

1 hour

grounding and tuning in period

before the Gong Bath.

Come early to

Settle in

&

create a ritual experience.

Release Tension by

gently moving your body

to Soothing music before the Gong Bath,

journal, meditate, draw a water or Fire Alchemy card…

or

Just Relax in the space.

All of these Practices

support a more intentional and

deeper Gong Bath experience.

is a form of therapeutic sound & Vibrational Tuning

designed to offer

Relaxation, Nervous System Regulation & Emotional Balance.

By following the moon’s cycles and working with them,

we can discover a new layer of

stability within body, mind and spirit.

This is a beautiful way to honor

the moon times of each month. 

I provide:

• a sheepskin per person to lie on the floor.
• a blanket per person.
• an eye mask per person.

 (for those with special needs for a chair,

please submit that request upon booking.)

Optional items to Bring your own:

• Head pillow.
• bolsters.
• special blanket.
• extra cushions or mat.
• water bottle.
• special items.
• journal & pen.
• Shamanic drum.

I also provide Private ONE PERSON Immersive Sound Baths.
