A gong bath,
or gong meditation,
is a form of sound healing designed to offer
relaxation or emotional release.
*I will also be offering a 1 hour Ecstatic Dance recording
prior to each Giant Gong Bath.
Come an hour early
if you would like to move your body
to music on the LOUD speakers before the Bath.
Release nervous system energy,
supporting a deeper Gong Bath experience.
Ecstatic Dance is
a sober, non-verbal, free form / improv dance
Where you have the opportunity to
listen deeply
to your body
and express energy.
